Delicious Cakes

Here is everything the Bake & Brew team needs to know from you when placing a customer cake order!

Let us know your size! We offer:

6” Mini double layer = 2-4 people

8” Small double layer = 8-10 people

10” Medium* double layer= 30-40 people

12” Large* double layer = 80-90 people

*Med and Lrg can be made either round or rectangular*

* All sizes are also available in heart shape*

Pick a yummy cake flavor.

We know there are a lot of cake flavors out there! Here are the common ones at Bake & Brew:

Vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, strawberry, marble, or carrot cake.

Add a filling! (not required)

We offer many fillings from fresh fruit to any type jam, cookie, or nuts! Our most popular fillings are fresh strawberry, peach and pecan.

Pick your frosting!

Here at Bake & Brew, housemade whipped cream is our default and extremely popular for not being overly sweet! But we also offer cream cheese frosting and buttercream.

After all the basics, share your cake design with us! Pick your colors, theme, toppers etc. Send us your inspo if you have it via instagram, facebook, or email.

Cheesecake

Here is what we are looking for when you are ordering a full sized cheesecake*!

Our cheesecake does not have to be customized with extra add ons, if you're looking just for a cheesecake make sure to let us know you just want a plain regular one.

Pick a cheesecake flavor!

Currently we offer the classic, chocolate, strawberry, and oreo.

Cheesecake add-ons.

- Caramel drizzle

- Chocolate drizzle

- Chocolate covered strawberries

- Red glazed strawberries

- Whipped cream (color?)

- Add a short message or number

*We only offer ONE size with our cheesecake. Small for 8-10 people

Pre-Cut Cheesecake.

Let us know if you want your cheesecake pre-cut into 8 OR 10 slices. Perfect solution for a faster and easier hand out to guests!

Flan & Choco-Flan

Our flan and choco-flan are typically delicious as is! But here are some ways to make your flans more personalized.

Add some delicious fruit such as strawberry, peach, or kiwi.

Add a chocolate drizzle to make your guests want it more!

Top it off with some whipped cream and customize the color.

*Our flan and choco-flan are only offered in ONE size. Small for 8-10 people

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, Sunday from 8am to 5pm, Saturdays from 9am to 7pm and CLOSED on Mondays.

Where is Bake & Brew Panaderia located?

We are on the inside of The Shoppes of Grand Prairie, tucked away in a corner. DSW is right in front of us and Marshalls is on our left side & IDo Events is on our right side!

The easiest way to find us it to park outside of DSW and come in between DSW and Old Navy and you’ll spot us right away!

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We ask that you place your custom orders at least one week in advance! If it’s something heavily decorated or with a lot of details please plan accordingly and place orders 2+ weeks in advance.

For large orders, weddings and quinceñeras please plan up to 6 months up to a year in advance!
