Bake & Brew Panaderia understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time if possible.
We accept changes (flavors, fillings and some designs) for your order with a 5 days notice before delivery or pick up date. This does not apply for big order cakes (such as quinceñera or wedding cakes or last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours or cakes with intricate designs. This is because for some designs our team may need a couple days in advance to start working on the decoration of your cake.
All changes must be handled and confirmed directly with a staff member of Bake & Brew Panaderia LLC
We accept cancellations up to 5-7 days before the pickup date. However, this does not apply for wedding and quinceñera cakes, last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours, or intricate cake designs (highly decorated cakes). Bake & Brew Panaderia LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, preparation and prioritization of the order.
It is entirely up to Bake & Brew Panaderia’s discretion to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer.
All sales are considered final and no refunds will
be given, under any circumstances, unless
deemed the appropriate course of action by the
bakery.
It is well known that personal preference for how an item tastes, its texture, moisture content, etc. varies widely among human beings. Therefore, if a customer is dissatisfied with an order for a reason that is considered to be "personal preference", they may not request a refund.
We take pride in all our products. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase when picking up or within 24 hours of pick-up, working days, immediately notify us of your concern and you can come to an agreement with a member of staff. No refunds are given on any food orders.
Bake & Brew Panaderia is not responsible for orders once they leave our premises. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly, such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.
Common allergens, such as wheat, soy, dairy, nuts, etc., are ALWAYS present in the bakery. As a result, we cannot guarantee any item to be 100% allergen free and make no claims of any such nature.
It is the customer's responsibility to declare any allergy that he, she, or any intended recipients may have. This must occur during the initial order submission.
If a customer fails to declare an allergy and
subsequently needs to cancel his/her order due to this failure after it has been confirmed, the Cancellation Policy will apply.
It is the customer's responsibility to request
information on an item's ingredients if they have a question concerning allergens.
